What are your shipping options and policies?
We offer free ground shipping on all orders. Currently, we only ship to customers with the same billing and shipping address. We do not ship to a P.O. Box.
What are your business hours?
Our regular business hours are from 9am – 5pm PT on Mondays – Fridays, excluding holidays. We will do our best to respond to any inquiries within 24 – 48 hours.
When can I expect my order?
Orders generally take 48 – 72 hours to process (excluding weekend and holidays). Shipping can take 2 – 10 days depending on location as we are located on the west coast.
What is your return policy?
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase from Spence, simply contact our Online Customer Care Center to arrange to have your purchase sent back in its unaltered, original condition with the original paperwork and receipt within 30 days of the order date, and we will gladly refund your money.
Do you accept exchanges?
At this time we do not accept exchanges.
